Wonderful stay! I was pleasantly surprised.

Fantastic location! Easy to get to Incheon by subway and easy walk or train ride to the historic and touristic sites. Room was very clean. Do note that rooms are very small. But for the price any private room as fine by me!

Fantastic guest house right in the heart of Seoul!

It was a fantastic traditional house! The staff are lovely and so welcoming with great recommendations for things to do in Seoul like food places and markets! They have us a free upgrade as we had too many bags and they wouldn’t fit into the room with us as we slepts! Amazing 10/10

I think I said enough

The area and the very welcoming gentleman who me cooked breakfast for us and was very helpful .

Very hard mattress,small towel one per day ?????????.very small room,soap has been used by people before,Same with shampoo and body wash ,no chair ,for the price we paid this was not really enough to give a good commend .Breakfast was one slice of toast half an fried egg,half slice of ham .Are you kidding me ? And one cup of black coffee..Woul I recommend this place .NO ! I am 30 years in tourism and do know what I can expect .

I really liked the central common area where you can just sit outside and enjoy fresh air while being surrounded by traditional korean rooms. Cleanliness and customer service was absolutely amazing as well!! One thing I was a little bummed out about was the amount of space. For a twin size room, I felt like it was pretty squished. There was legit only space for me and my friend to lay down. Besides that, everything was great!

This place is a rejuvenated 100 years old guesthouse.

This place is a rejuvenated 100 years old guesthouse. It is calm and inspiring. The owner is there to take personal care of matters, and is quick to respond by mail. Location couldn't be better, close to palaces, shrines, shops, restaurants and markets. All within 5-10 min walk. So as long as you expect a guesthouse, and not a hotel, you should be very pleased. Best value for money in Seoul.

Location is very cool, very close to the metro and the attractions. There are many nice restaurants around. The night is very quiet and we have had a great time experiencing the typical Korean style house.

Great location, very helpful staff - but it was hard to sleep

Extremely friendly and helpful staff and owner, and great location.

The bed on the floor was very thin, and it was hard to sleep. The bathroom was in quite bad condition. It was only possible to pay in cash - not with credit card.

traditional Korean style house, but the room was a little bit small for 3 adult (triple room). The location is near the public transportation around 5 mins walk and local popular area 益善洞. but the room price above it's value I think. Not recommend for budget traveler.

A pleasant stay and a great experience for traditional Korean house.

The hostel itself, which is a traditional Korean style house. Old, quiet, and relaxing. A great atmosphere. The location is great, too.

The bed actually blocked the door of the bathroom... Need to remove the bed every time for entering and leaving the bathroom. Quite inconvenient.

I recommend the Gung Guesthouse to anyone!

The owner of the place is a fantastic person, very helpful and I enjoyed chats with him. I really enjoyed his company while eting octopus in nearby streed food restaurant ;) The room was arranged in Korean style and it was nice experience to spend 2 nights there Location is excellent, near Changdeokgung palace and many other historical places. The rooms had comfortable bathroom and air conditioning

The air conditioning was slightly ruining the climate of historican Korean house (hanok), but it's the matter of taste
